Hey you beautiful souls,
My name is Sandra, and I'm the founder of 11:11 Paper Dreams. At 52 (almost 53!), I'm a proud mum of four and a nana to a wonderful 3 year old boy. Life at home is full of love and a little chaos - I share it with our cheeky Dachshund, Willow (2.5), our mischievous kitten Loki (currently testing my patience, lol), Marley, our big soft emotional support dog (7), and Lola, our gorgeous fluffy tortoiseshell cat.
Our home is loud, busy, and definitely not the tidiest - there are always toys scattered everywhere - but it's full of love, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Now, a little about my "why." Like many people, my children and family are my biggest motivation. Everything I do is to give them a better life. But my journey has also been shaped by my past. After spending 20 years in an abusive marriage (24 years together), I reached a turning point in my life. At the time, I didn't even realise it was abuse - I just thought it was "normal"
When everything finally came to light, it became a defining moment for me and my children. It made us stronger, closer and more determined to build a better future. Since then, life hasn't been perfect, but it has been truly blessed.
After leaving my 9-5 job, I explored a few network marketing companies, where I met some incredible people and learned so much about myself. Yet, Something still felt like it was missing. I had this constant feeling that there was more out there for me - I just didn't know what it was yet.
Eventually, I pushed past the fear and self-doubt and decided to take a leap. Nearly letting that fear hold me back was a close call - but I'm so glad I chose to try instead of wondering "what if."
That decision led to the creation of 11:11 Paper Dreams.
I absolutely love my small business. I love the people I've met along the way, and most of all I love seeing my customers' reactions when they receive their boxes filled with little surprises!!! Knowing I've helped bring a smile to someone's face means everything to me.
Thank you so much for all your support - it truly means the world. I'm so excited to see where this journey takes us.
